Write down at least three of reasons of your “WHY”, then think some more. Flush them out. Make them bigger. Work on them until you say, “THIS is it!”. Then you're really in business! Before you can mentor others you must learn to mentor yourself. If you do not know your own “Why” then you cannot mentor others to find out their “WHY”. If you take the effort to know the “WHY” of your prospects they will choose YOU over all other 550 home business options available to them. Finding out the “WHY” is the first step and most important step to success in this business.

So the first bit of mentoring is to figure out your own "WHY". Write it down. Test it mentally. It is your “”WHY” that will keep you going in VERY tough times. Remember "WHY" is never money. It's about who YOU really are.
The driving factor is always greater than the money. Money is just an instrument to achieve “WHY”.

Some tips to help you pinpoint your "WHY":

•Do you wish to spend more time with your family and loved ones?
•What do you wish to accomplish.…………… Live in a bigger house or drive a Ferrari?
•What are your personal growth objectives? Do you wish to travel, learn to dance, paint or sing?
•What scares you to death? Is it financial insecurity?
•What would it mean to you to help others change their lives?
•What really excites you in life? Is it Adventure?
•What would you like to give the people you love most?
•What really, really gets you emotional? What is it that makes you tick in life?

If you can learn to mentor “What motivates the person you sponsor to get up off his couch? What gets him to turn the TV off? Then you are on to a winner. You will succeed 99.9% of the time. If you want to succeed in this business first find out what your dreams are and what are the dreams of the people whom you wish to sponsor into the business.

Dreams create hope. Goals create focus. And focus creates fuel that propels us to action.

You teach people in this business to rediscover their dreams. The difference between their perceived past failures and their future success is this moment. Teach them to actively work toward their desired future without fear and doubt, and there is no limit to their earning potential. They must never compromise on the lifestyle that they wish to create for themselves and their family. It is their birthright to live an abundant life.
